Her Story 

With a passion for creating delectable dishes using only the freshest ingredients, Chef Mitzi Jackson boasts an impressive resume that includes experience in catering for upscale parties, advising restaurants on how to improve their menus and operations, and serving as a trusted personal chef to high-profile clients who value her dedication to quality and flavor.

Her extensive background in culinary management with  a focus on healthy eating was instrumental in developing nutritious meals for the student body at University of Pennsylvania. Her role as Executive Chef gave her the opportunity to showcase her skills in menu planning and food preparation. She has also worked with other major corporations, such as Jefferson Health and  Teamsters 623 Union for UPS. 

Empowering professional athletes and individuals beyond the kitchen, Chef MJ shares expertise on ABC, WCNC, and Food Network, embodying positive change in cuisine and wellness.
